Characteristic:

Graphite block has the characteristics of high density, low resistivity, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and good conductivity.

1. Graphite with 99.9% or more of high purity graphite is called high purity graphite. It has the advantages of excellent conductivity, heat conductivity, pressure and corrosion resistance, small expansion coefficient, good self-lubrication and processing performance.

2. Good chemical corrosion resistance; can be used in various chemical reaction crucibles, test tubes, etc.

3. Higher thermal conductivity and thermal stability; Various high temperature resistant products such as fused gold and silver

4. Adequate mechanical strength and impact resistance;

6. Graphite has the following special properties because of its special structure:

1) High temperature resistant type: the melting point of graphite is 3850 (+50 (?) C, and the boiling point is 4250 (?) C. Even if the graphite is burned by ultra-high temperature arc, the weight loss is very small and the coefficient of thermal expansion is very small. The strength of graphite increases with the increase of temperature, and doubles at 2000 C.

2) Conductivity and thermal conductivity: The conductivity of graphite is 100 times higher than that of non-metallic ore. The thermal conductivity is higher than that of steel, iron, lead and other metal materials. The thermal conductivity decreases with the increase of temperature, even at extremely high temperatures, graphite becomes an insulator.

3) Lubrication: The smaller the friction coefficient, the better the lubrication performance.

4) Chemical stability: Graphite has good chemical stability at room temperature, and can resist acid, alkali and organic solvent corrosion.

5) Thermal shock resistance: Graphite can withstand the drastic change of temperature without damage when it is used at room temperature. When the temperature changes abruptly, the volume of graphite changes little and cracks will not occur.
