10K yellow gold cocktail ring. Features 1 carat oval center stone surrounded by 12 very small diamonds in halo setting. The diamonds are approximately 1.9 mm each. 

This was tested using the Presidium Gem Tester II and it the needle fell in the garnet/tourmaline/iolite section. The clear stones surrounding the gem tested as diamonds.
