This Cars Disney vehicle is vintage an in original packaging - his "try me now" button is not working and there is no way to remove him from his packaging without damaging the package.  Vintage, so his battery is probably done.  Car is Approx 6 1/4" long.  Bubble has slightly yellowed.  See pictures for your evaluation of condition.
