This booklet probably was in the box with the Dormeyer Mixer since the first couple of pages are devoted to learning how to use the electric mixer. This is the second printing. It gives tribute to Pillsbury, Lever Brothers, General Mills and the manufacturer of Swans Down for their cake flour, for their recipes. Their are no illustrations in the booklet except a head shot of Ethel Allisoin, who put in together. She was a home economist with Dormeyer Corporation. There are 32 numbered pages but there is a grocery checklist on two additional pages. The date in the cover is 1946. It measures 9 inches high and 6 inches wide. It has been in a smoke free home.
