It Booted to Bios with a  power supply (Power supply Not Included)  Did Charge But Was Not Fully Tested  As  No Hard Drive or Operating System Is Installed 

Condition Not Fully Tested as no hard drive or operating system the only thing I see is a break on the trim by the keyboard see picture otherwise in good condition but again not fully tested

Maybe good to repair or for parts or rebuild
