For your consideration, here is a Vintage Handheld Line or String Reel Dispensing Tool, with Wooden Handle.  It is not marked with a maker.  I am not exactly sure what this was used for.  It measures 11 5/8 inches long.  The reel has a diameter of 3 inches.  It has wear on it.  The reel has a few bends in it, but it turns fine.  It is missing a rivet in the handle.  It is still pretty solid, but could be made more solid with some glue.
