This
is the Rowin LEF-323 Greenizer a clone of the classic tube screamer,
cloned from the end of the 1970's Tamura S. Design, followed by the
TS808 by Ibanez, one of the most cloned pedals ever, the Rowin Greenizer
hits the bulls-eye with their version of a vintage style tube screamer
tone. This is a lot like the tube pusher but has a softer more vintage
"round" sound and tone, it isn't as hard and heavy as the tube pusher.
It has a Boost and normal gain stage toggle switch, the normal is your
standard tube screamer TS808 all the way and the boost gives you a
little more warmth and edge. Both modes sound fantastic, clean and
clear. There has been plenty of TS808 and Tamura clones that have had an
underlying static sound in the tone and though they sounded good, they
did not sound as good as the Greenizer as it is clean and clear OD with
warmth and Body.
