Condition:  No chips, cracks, hairlines, or repairs.  On one of Santa's boots, some glaze has chipped off.  No other issues.

Measurements:  Santa is about 9 1/2 inches tall, he is about 5 3/4 inches across measuring from the toy bag to his side, measuring front to back he is about 4 1/2 inches. 

Company Marks:  It is marked 1999 The Coca-Cola Company.  Made in China.
