Used items are washed, pilling removed and cups steamed if needed before shipping. I cannot guarantee all odors, a spot, or a stain will be removed after being washed. If you have an issue please be considerate and contact me first before leaving a negative or neutral to see if we can resolve the problem. Remember these are USED items.
