A GRADE: All A GRADE monitors sold by Milan Tech Repair have been thoroughly inspected to make sure that the displays are in excellent condition with no noticeable scratches on their surfaces. All of the ports on the monitors have been tested to make sure that they function properly. There may still be some minor scratches on the plastic bezels, on the rear plastic panel, and on the stand.

B GRADE: These monitors may have minor marks or scratches on the screen. These blemishes do not have a huge impact on viewing experience and are often difficult to find. Such blemishes may include:

   - Small scratches
   - Small chips
   - Faint/small bruise
The plastic bezel, stand, and other non-display parts of the monitor may be scratched or marked. All ports have been tested and are working.

C GRADE: Monitors designated as C GRADE will likely have major marks and scratches on the screen. They're easy to see and may negatively affect the viewing experience. Such blemishes may include:

   - Several dead pixels (sometimes in clusters)
   - Large/dark bruises
The plastic non-display parts of the monitors will be scratched or have parts broken off. The bezel may be cracked. There may be ports that are damaged and you will be notified of which ports they are before a monitor of this grade is sent.
