Eskimo Inuit Ceramic Child Eating Parka Mittens Made in Japan

Hand painted crafted Eskimo child sitting eating from bowl.  Orange mittens, parka coat has blue flowers, light blue pants and, brown and black boots.  There are two brownish specks on top of the parka hood and on the back of the hood as seen in photos.

Dimensions are 4 1/4 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches wide.  There are no chips or missing colors.  Sticker on the bottom reads "Hand Painted Exclusive of Indian Arts & Crafts Anchorage, Alaska Made in Japan".

Semi-gloss finish to figurine.  Guessing age is around 2005.
