After much research in hopes of getting more information, I found a set that looks just like it but it was listed as Newton with the same style handle which has another gold ring to the saucer
Very beautiful with no chips but has cracks to the bottom middle of the saucer
Cup Measures 2 3/4 inches tall x 3 1/4 inches in diameter
Saucer Measures 5 1/2 inches in diameter
Weighs 8.1 ounces ... without the box and bubble wrap materials
