Brand new factory sealed dvd.

In what could best be described as a collision of  the 'Ghost and Mr. Chicken' with 'Silence of the Lambs' by way of Terry Gilliam, psychic exterminator Michael J. Fox arranges for his three ghost pals to stage hauntings and allow Fox to reap the financial rewards of ridding them from suburbanites' homes.

Meanwhile, a series of strange deaths by heart failure plague the same town, and Fox finds himself entangled with a beautiful, young, and recently widowed doctor (Trini Alvarado). As if that weren't enough, Dee Wallace Stone, recently released from confinement in a mental institution after accompanying her lover on a murder spree at the age of 15, is tormented by a ghost burrowing under walls and floorboards.

Frank Bannister (Fox) is the only one who can see the numbers burned into the healthy victim's foreheads after suffering a "heart attack". You see, he once had a near death experience himself and ever since then... well, you get the picture. With the help of Dr. Lynskey (Alvarado), bannister manages to trace the haunting to the home of serial killer Charles Bartlett's former teenage girlfriend (Stone), while dodging the preemptive maneuvers of a deranged FBI Agent (Jeffrey Combs) and the sweeping scythe of a literal Grim Reaper.
