Woks & Pans is a unique cookbook of Asian cuisine. It consists of recipes of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, Thai, Hawaiian and Filipino dishes. Each recipe is easy to understand and the directions are easy to follow. The ingredients for the recipes can be purchased at any local markets.

The recipes were created by the authors, Mabel Low and Fe Suarez. Mabel was an instructor of Asian Cooking for 20 years in Southern California and Fe was the owner of the Filipino restaurant, Nipa Hut for 29 years in Southern California.
