The ghost bracelet is new in the package. The package plastic has a tear in the corner and on the backing that the bracelet is attached to.
This does not affect the bracelet
Press on the ghost and it lights up different blinking colors.
It does say on it that once the battery dies on the ghost that the battery is not replaceable.
The band is light blue and will fit around a child's wrist.
