You are purchasing MAIL IN REPAIR/Lost Key replacement service for your original Saab TWICE module.
You must remove your TWICE and mail it to us for the service to be performed.

Repairs are typically made with in 48hrs and modules returned USPS 2 day.
The entire process including shipping to us, repairs & then return shipping takes about 7 Days.

If you are sending your TWICE in because of water damage or total failure then I strongly advise you send your ECU with it.  In some cases I may need to flash a replacement unit or repair firmware issue's on original. Failure to send the ecu in these cases may result in additional programming needed on your end.

If you are sending your TWICE in because you have lost all your keys I will require additional information in order to cut the keys. You can message me before hand or instructions will be sent after purchase.

We can fix most any issue but the most common ones we fix on these are:
  • Lost Keys or Immobilizer problems (we provide 1 new programmed key for all lost key mail-ins)
  • Central locking problems
  • Total failure of device/no communication
  • Brake lighting power supply
  • Parking light issue's
  • Power seats/heating issue's

How it works:
  1. You or your mechanic must remove your TWICE unit. (I can help with instructions if you need, just ask)
     
  2. Package your module up and include a note with your name, return address and symptoms inside.

  3. Purchase this listing. You will be send the mailing address to send your module to.

Once we recieve your TWICE
  1. We will do some initial testing and then start repairs. Same/Next day.

  2. After repairs are made we do some final testing to confirm its good and then return it to you USPS priority 2 day (included free with purchase). 

  3. You quickly recieve your repaired module and can install it back to your car.
