Elegant antique Victorian birthday card. Circa 1870's-1880's.  Pull the tassel to fold it open. 4 1/2 x 3 3/4 inches when closed, including the silk fringe.  Lovely illustrations and details. Some surface wear.  Overall, VG condition.
