IT IS COMMON TO GET 50 FROM CHINA AND 1 IS BAD. That's what happened when I bread board tested the last 50. In that case, one had the output stuck full on so the regulator would be set to maximum output, and that could damage some circuits. So be warned, don't just power up the device at full Voltage without testing the regulator if there is more than a small difference between the input and output Voltages. Make an offer for less and leave note with your offer to mention this if you just want one. If you need this right away then send me a message and I should answer fairly quickly if I'm around, but in some cases I'm not so I have the handling time set at 3 days. A precision power supply's voltage should be trimmed as the internal reference voltage varies between parts.
