This is a mid-century Vintage Trinket Dish / Small Plate made by Royal Sealy China of Japan in the 1950's.

The design is Lusterware (opalescent) Reticulated (cut out design) with gold trim, and a pattern of harvest fruit (apples, grapes, cranberries).

This item is in good preowned condition. No visible chips or cracks. A bit of the gold and paint is wearing off slightly, as is to be expected for such an old piece. See photos for accurate details and measurements.
