Western novel about a gunslinger who sides with the nesters against the powerful ranches.  From the back cover - "When cowboy Wes Shelton sided with nester Harv Chapel against the cattlemen, eight masked riders burned him out. They left old Harv to die with a gaping wound where his chest should have been. "Sodbusters!" spat the leader of the owl-hoot gang. Shelton's answer came like the crack of a rifle: "Fair play!" The big boy laughed. "You're just yellow, cowboy. Afraid to ride with your own kind." Shelton's eyes flashed fire. "Not too scared to put a big red hole right between your little blue eyes!"

The book is complete and in VERY GOOD condition with some overall wear. The inside pages are browning and have some foxing.
