Western novel about a gunslinger who sides with the nesters against the powerful ranches. From the back cover - "When cowboy Wes Shelton sided with nester Harv Chapel against the cattlemen, eight masked riders burned him out. They left old Harv to die with a gaping wound where his chest should have been. "Sodbusters!" spat the leader of the owl-hoot gang. Shelton's answer came like the crack of a rifle: "Fair play!"
