The comic is complete an in VERY FINE condition.

#4 (March 1994) The origin of Ocean Master and the intense hatred between him and Aquaman are explored in the final chapter of this miniseries, with guest appearances by Mera, Aqualad, Tula...and Aquababy. Written by Peter David, with art and cover by Kirk Jarvinen and Brad Vancata. Cover price $1.50. 

The comic is complete and in FINE condition with the lower left corner tip of the comic brown stained through about half of the comic. (see pictures)
