Embossed vintage Greeting Card - scene is overlooking a garden.

The top layer is the clear plastic overlay with the picture. It is sewn onto the backing sheet. This backing sheet is the one with writing on it. There are just the two pieces. This card does not open up like a traditional card - it is the clear plastic (?) sheet and the backing paper.
