This is from my mother-in-law's collection. It was given to her by her dear friend Joanie Eastman. Her story was that she grew up with Joanie in St. Paul, Minnesota and then Joanie went to California to become an actress. It sounds like she had been in some commercials, but I do not know how well known she was.
I would guess that possibly this card is from the 1940's - 1950's?
