This item was created by DC Comics to commemorate the launch of CW Seed and features animated drawings of Green Arrow, Vixen, and The Flash. It was given to Marc Guggenheim (executive producer of many of the CW superhero shows) as a gift. 

This item is incredibly rare and has never been available to the general public!

The back is handsigned by Marc Guggenheim.

This item is framed. The plate measures 7 1/2" x 9 1/2" The whole item measures 15" x 19".
