Our Refund & Return Policy
•    Starting from the day you have received the product (check by tracking number), you have 30 days to return it. Make sure the item you are going to return is in the original packaging material and the original box
•    We do our best to ensure all products are in their great condition. Of course, we do not intentionally sell defective products/items. If the item you purchase from our store is not of perfect quality, simply return them to us for replacement or refund.
•    Refunds will be given to defective, incorrectly described, or broken items. Refunds will also be given to items that received physically damaged by shipping. We will require pictures of the damaged item and the shipping box prior to initiating a return.

We are always happy to accept returns for items that do not fit, as we understand shopping for clothing online can be difficult. Please see our return policy for additional information.

Is this item authentic?
Yes, all of the items that we sell, both in our retail stores and online, are GUARANTEED to be 100% authentic. There are times that tags etc. may vary from something you have seen in another store as we do specialize in discontinued, end of season (last year’s models) and overstock merchandise.

Will you ship this item to my international destination?
We are more than happy to ship any of our clothing items internationally, however electronic & miscellaneous items will only be shipped within the US. Shipping costs are stated within our listing, please check the cost, or contact us for cost prior to purchase. These costs DO NOT include customs fees/duties.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes, we do offer combined shipping for multiple items that are paid for at the same time.
