About US;  Campbell Films is a small American family business dedicated to the preservation of rare, historical films. Started in 2007 by a father and son, team. They have worked tirelessly to digitize, compile and create truly rare and unique DVD's to share with the world. The son went to film school and father is a veteran with the historical passion, so together they assembled the content of Campbell Films. Most likely you'll find things you haven't seen before.  We appreciate your business and hope the films bring you as much joy as they do us!

During WW2, The Navy and the USAAF had to train thousands of pilots.  These are just some of the important films they used to teach there cadets.

1st Film: "AAF Takeoffs and Landing". A great training film on how a cadet learns to takeoff and land, then, his 1st solo in a Vultee BT-13.  Awesome!  Runtime 24:27  M

2nd Film: " AAF Regulations" .  This film explains the importance of following the rules in a PT-17 Stearman.  Entering landing patterns, Pylon training, takeoffs, landing even parking your aircraft.  If you don't want to be booted out of the Air Corps, follow the rules . 13:16 M

3rd Film: "AAF Learn and Live".  This films examines the need fly responsible, and not be a hothead, or a dear-devil   Also, not reporting aircraft problems to the maintaince dept, my kill your fellow pilot. P-39s and Stearman are used in this film.  Haven can wait. 25:44 M

4th Film; "USN Landings" .  A great Navy film narrated by Rod Taylor, (a Navy pilot himself), explains in detain how to safely land a PT-17 Stearman. 13:27 M

5th Film: :USN Attitude and Angle of Attack".  Another trading film with  Rod Taylor on the importance managing Angle of Attack, so your PT-17 Stearman won't fall out of the sky.  12:33 M
