About US;  Campbell Films is a small American family business dedicated to the preservation of rare, historical films. Started in 2007 by a father and son, team. They have worked tirelessly to digitize, compile and create truly rare and unique DVD's to share with the world. The son went to film school and father is a veteran with the historical passion, so together they assembled the content of Campbell Films. 2nd Film; "US Navy MSTS Cargo Ships". This film is from our collection from the US Navy about Troopships, Oil tankers, Cargo ships, and military families aboard ship and how they do that. 3rd Film; "Men at Sea, Merchant Marines". This film is about the training of men in the merchant Marines. They learn sea duties like abandon ship, lifeboats, gunnery, routine maintenance and managing a cargo ship. Another great film. 4th Film; "USN Cargo Ship Loading Ammo". This film shows why it is important to load a ship properly. I had know idea the amount of labor that went into loading and storing equipment and munitions. It makes sense because in rough seas, cargo can move in not done right and sink the ship. Long but good. Runtime 22:02 Min's

5th Film; "Troopships and Cargo ships in the News". 1st, Navy seized Axis ships. 2nd, Ship torpedo of our coast. 3rd, Shipyard at all time high. 4th, Keep'em Sailing. 5th, Last Liberty Ship Launched. 6th, Timber-wolf come home on the Queen Mary. 7th, GIs come Home. 8th, 82nd Airborne come home. 6th Film; "Jeremiah O'Brien". We met and filmed the Jeremiah O'Brien (last remaining Liberty Ship on the west coast) in San Francisco and the people were just great.
