What's on this DVD;   Longships of the Great Lakes

RARE Films on the "Long Ships Passing" on the Great Lakes!! Plus, The S.S. Edmund Fitzgerald and the S.S. Arthur M. Anderson"

The 1st film absolutely amazed us! A camera crew filmed aboard the S.S. Edmund Fitzgerald and the S.S. Arthur M. Anderson going through a Canal Lock. What is Amazing about this 1st film, is that latter in life, both were steaming together on the night of Nov. 10th 1975, when the Edmund Fitzgerald went down with all hands. Although 2 minutes prior to her loss, she told the SS Arthur Anderson that she was holding her own. Next, she was gone. This 1st film obviously was created before this disaster and shows the life and times of working aboard the great ships of the Great Lakes. What a great piece of History. The other films are bout the Great Lakes, there canals, and manufacturing around the great Lakes. We hope you enjoy this collection, we certainly did.
