This is a set of 2 oversized ceramic coffee or latte mugs from Jingles & Joy. One mug has a blue handle and interior and says Mr. and has a blue llama or alpaca wearing an orange winter scarf and earmuffs. The other mug has a red handle and interior. It says Mrs. and has a blue llama or alpaca wearing a red winter scarf and red Santa style hat. They are perfect to use all winter for your favorite hot beverages like hot chocolate, coffee, or latte. They are suitable for Christmas and holiday use too.

The mugs are marked HAND WASH ONLY. DO NOT MICROWAVE.

Each mug holds 22 ounces. They are approximately 4-3/4" tall x 6" long with the handle. They are approximately 4" diameter at the top and taper to approximately 2-3/4" diameter at the bottom.

New in original box with minor manufacturer defects. There is some pitting in the glaze in one area inside the red Mrs. mug. There is some pitting in the glaze and an indent in the clay on the handle of the blue Mr. mug. These are pointed out in close-up photos. The box is in good condition but there is some staining and a couple of tears that have been glued on the back side where the top flap folds in to close the box.

Shipping may be a bit high, depending how far it needs to ship, because the set weighs over 3 pounds with a box and packing material.

Returns must be received within 30 days, in the same packaging and same condition it was when shipped to you. Buyer pays return shipping with no refunds on the original shipping. Once the item is returned in the same condition it was when shipped, your purchase price will be refunded.

If the purchase price included shipping (FREE Shipping), the cost of the original shipping will be deducted before your refund is sent. Items returned in a different condition than when they were shipped are not eligible for a full refund.

If your item is damaged in shipment, contact me as soon as possible with photos of the package, packing materials and the damaged item. Once I see your photos showing it was damaged in shipment, I will refund your purchase 100%, including the shipping paid, without requiring a return of the damaged item(s). The photos are also needed to file the insurance claim on Priority Mail shipments.

Items are shipped within one business day of receiving your cleared payment. Combined shipping is calculated for multiple items combined in one payment. This can only be done by adding the items to your cart and then paying for them together. Request total from seller from your shopping cart and an invoice will be sent to you with the correct shipping.
