This is 8251560142 Draft Inducer Blower Motor Assembly 63504-017-01 208-230 V 3000 RPM .66A used part. 

This motor was removed by HVAC installer from a fully functioning system. Old system was replaced with newer one (more energy efficient) and was in good working condition. 

The motor has been inspected and fully tested by professional HVAC installer before listed. Works great.
