This is a vintage Dancing Santa #6980 No Sew Fabric Applique by Daisy Kingdom.
I believe it dates to the 1990's.
So cute! Just iron with fusible web and finish with slick paint. (not included. There is a list on package of suggested Tulip and Scribbles paint colors.)
Can be used on sweatshirts, totes, aprons, bibs - use your imagination!
Perfect new condition.
