Made in West Virginia by the Eagle Manufacturing Company.  Original red paint with the EAGLE stamp visible, original wooden handle, and original metal chain attached with a screw to the can and spout.  Label fragments visible.  The can measures 10” H (plus 4” metal and wood handle) x 6.5” W.
