No issues that I can see. Just some minor scratches and scuffs in spots.

The dimensions are as follows. There are 2 layers. Each layer is 13 3/8 by 8 7/8 by 3 1/2 (without the insert).  The depth with the insert is approximately 3". With the lid it gives an extra 3/8" clearance on the top.  When everything is together the measurements are 7 3/4 high.

Please take a look at all pictures to determine condition and completeness for yourself before deciding to make a purchase.
