Payment is due within three days of auction completion.
Item will always ship within three business days after payment is received, but usually sooner. APO, PO, International, and Alaska/Hawaii/PR may require additional postage. Please e-mail me before payment is made.
For many heavier and breakable items I use FEDEX/SMARTPOST. It is much more economical and keeps shipping costs down. HOWEVER, it does take longer as I am shipping from the west coast. When leaving feedback, PLEASE rate my shipping time on the time that I ship out based on my policy, not the time that the item arrives, as I really have no control over shipping time.
Please be aware that at times my e-mails in response to your questions are getting filtered through E-Bay's site and not getting back to you. So, if you have a question and I don't respond to your question, please e-mail me again - I will never ignore a question or concern.

I honestly describe my items as best as possible. If there is a problem with an item, it is strictly an oversight on my part and I will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
