Shipping is by freight carrier (18 Wheeler) to a commercial address (sorry, no home businesses, churches, or farms) with a way of unloading the pallet from the truck, typically a loading dock or a fork lift. IF YOU PROVIDE A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS DURING CHECKOUT WE WILL SHIP TO THE NEAREST FREIGHT TERMINAL TO YOUR LOCATION FOR PICK UP, please be advised that sometimes these service points can be an hour or more away from your address. We require a phone number for the delivery address and signature confirmation on delivery. If the item is returned as undeliverable we'll process it as a return or re-ship if the buyer pays any additional shipping fees. Carefully inspect the freight before signing to receive it, if it shows any damage clearly notate it on the paperwork or refuse to accept it from the carrier and contact us so we can help.

We take returns for any reason within 30 days. The item must arrive back in the same condition as it was shipped. If we make a mistake, we'll issue a full refund and cover return shipping cost. There's a 10% restocking fee on normal returns, shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
