Records are from an estate sale clean out. The vinyl record was not been kept in good condition.  While the album appears playable, the second side has staining and scratch marks.  I would not have listed this item except for the signatures by the artists. Please look closely at all of the photos.  I don't use stock images; this is the exact item available for purchase.
