OTHER:  All American is a creamy white heirloom parsnip. They grow to an average size of 10 - 12" long with a 3" diameter. The roots are very uniform, making them a good variety for market. All American Parsnips are high in sugar, & have a very sweet taste that is slightly nutty. They are finely textured with a small core. Use parsnips as a substitute for carrots or potatoes. They can be roasted or mashed, & added to soups, stews, salads, breads, & other desserts. Parsnips can be overwintered, & cool weather makes them sweeter. They also store well, & can be store for up to 6 months.
