Unique, vintage circa 1940s or 1950s era, hard to tell, maybe older, I just don't know, very rusted, cast iron policeman on motorcycle with moving wheels  toy in the pictures. What a great patina on this. Some may not like it, but I think it looks fantastic. I don't see any maker markings. About 4 1/4 inches tall and 6 inches long and heavy.
