Description
This is an antique or vintage embroidered linen piece with a repeating design of a Dutch boy and his little yellow duck following along.
It is on linen.
Scalloped edge with crochet edging in blue.
Measures 33" x 8".
I'm not sure what the intended use was - it could be a runner, a shelf edger, or a decorative linen for a baby bed (do not recommend using it with baby in bed.)
I think it would be adorable to sew on a crib quilt - very sweet and love the vintage look.
Excellent vintage condition with no damage. I've hand laundered it, and pressed it with a little spray starch.
