This is a 1980s one-piece figurine depicting the Virgin Mary looking down at the Baby Jesus.  Her hands are crossed in a worshipful pose.  This figurine is hand painted, and the flesh portions have been left with a bisque finish while the remainder has a shiny glaze.  There are no maker's or origin marks.  #25246
