Glass Gem Corn makes a fantastic decoration, from whole corn stalks to dried ears, or the shimmering kernels used as a bowl filler.

Glass Gem Corn is not just gorgeous, it is also edible. It has a very interesting history, but is considered a sturdy-stalked high yield flint corn. It can be made into flour or cornmeal, or a makes a fantastic popped corn with small, crispy, & strongly flavored popped kernels.

This Blue Glass Gem Corn includes a variety of different shades of blue, & this “mini” size offers the smallest size plants, miniature ears, & kernels.
