  • 96 pages, pics + text. 
  • Condition is probably good to very good.  There is a page clipped from the Ed Sullivan chapter.  Moderate cover wear as depicted in photo.  Tight spine with no loose pages.   Heavy ink on inside front cover, and very light page soiling at the bottom towards the back (no odor).  Normal page aging.  Any question as to condition, write and I'll try to answer specifics.
