Offered here is this Beautiful Set of Wooden Hand Painted Bookends. I am unsure of their exact age or origins; however, they look quite old. They are hand painted in a metallic copper color, antiqued finish, and has decoupaged prints on the front of them. The decoupaged areas are in good condition, but are quite dark, and are beginning to bubble up in a few areas. The bookends have some dings on them, as well as some scratches from general use and wear over what is most likely many years. The wood has a lot of lovely carved details in it, as well as applied trim for texture. The bookends are each 5.25” tall, 3.75” wide, and 6.25” front to back. They are a great, very old set of wooden bookends with a lovely and unique style and design. They will be a fabulous addition to your antique collection.
