Vintage hand painted Little White House souvenir china dish from Warm Springs, Georgia.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt built this Little White House in 1932 while Governor of New York, prior to being inaugurated as President in 1933.  This souvenir dish memorializes this house that he built and enjoyed.

It is 4 inches in diameter.  The front is printed in black with Little White House, Warm Springs, GA., and the back is stamped with Handpainted - Made in Japan - NICO.

It is bright and colorful with no chips or cracks.  There are two holes on the back for attaching a ribbon or string for hanging or it can be used as a dresser dish for holding pins, coins, jewelry or whatever.

Pretty little piece for a collection.
