Use
Important notes: Use only in well-ventilated areas (e.g. with an open window, on a balcony). Do not use in closed rooms. Do not use the product more than once a day. Do not inhale the vapors. Do not use near children, pregnant women, asthmatics. Use protective gloves. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse with plenty of water. If swallowed, drink plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary.

1. Dissolve the contents of both bags (component A and B) in about 3-4 liters of warm water (maximum 30 ° C), mixing with a plastic spoon. Do not use any other remedy at the same time.
2. Place the underwear in the solution (max. 8 items - approx. 400 g) and immerse it completely using a plastic spoon. Do not cover the pan. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes or even overnight.
3. Rinse the underwear thoroughly and wash as usual. Pour the solution immediately down the drain and pour plenty of water.
Always check the garment care instructions on the tag. Use only for white linen. The product is not suitable for colored or colored prints. The effectiveness is reduced by using more water or clothes than recommended. The agent does not remove yellowing caused by sunlight, bleaching agents, or stains from sunscreen and self-tanning agents.
Discoloration caused by indigo and blue colors, as well as caused by, for example, rubbing against jeans cannot be removed.

Items ship out of our retail location in Las Vegas
If your address on file with is incorrect and it gets returned to us we will not refund shipping costs.
We mostly use USPS for our shipping, should you want us to use your preferred carrier please let us know and we will advise you of the possibility and the cost difference.

WE DO COMBINE shipping to save you money. To be eligible for combined shipping please ADD your items TO CART head to check-out where you will see REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER ( international purchases may not always be eligible for this). Once you click request total from seller we will get back to you with a revised invoice and then you will be able to pay for it.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We use Global Selling Program to ship our items abroad. Please know certain categories i.e Chips or deodorants are not eligible for international shipping therefore we might not be able to ship to your country. Please know this is strictly's policy and we cannot amend it in any way. :-)

LOCAL PICK-UP:
Since we do have a retail location in Las Vegas local pick-up of your items is possible. Once you pay for your item please contact us so we can schedule your order's pick-up time. ALL Local Pick-up orders MUST be paid in full before we can schedule a time.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT INVETNORY:
Please note that we do sell on other platforms including our website so sometimes certain items sell in both places at the same time and one has to be either cancelled or rescheduled ( usually shipped from Europe- if available) so please understand when we need to cancel an order because the other customer was first in ordering it and we did not get a chance to edit our inventory accordingly in time.


RETURNS:

We accept returns for unused/unopened items within 14 days of receipt ( customer responsible for return shipping cost)
If the item arrives damaged upon return we will not run a refund.
We will not accept returns on any BEST BY DATE merchandise when the date is mentioned in the listing
Baby food /baby items are not eligible for return when opened.

If something is wrong with your purchase upon receiving it please let us know so we can fix the issue, we are all human and we do make mistakes, we are not by any means perfect :-)
