We ship promptly, usually within 4 to 24 hours after payment clears.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do ship to international destinations, including UK, Canada, Netherlands, Australia the at calculated by weight, via US Postal International Priority Mail. (Import fees, taxes and customs fees are not included, and may be payable on delivery)
RETURNS, REFUNDS and DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:.
All sales are final, except if damaged in transit of course. If your item has been damaged by the carrier, before returning your item, please take photos of the item and damaged packaging, and save the damaged packaging and all packing materials to return with your damaged item(s). Please send photos to me within 3-5 days (not counting weekends and Holidays of course)
I am not a collector or a business, and returns are costly for me. But, I do my best to describe items as accurately as possible, and note any flaws or damage, and Photos are of the actual item you will receive. In many cases I have been able to scan the item, and zoom in on flaws, for a more accurate close-up detail of the item's condition.
If your shipment is damaged when it arrives, Please contact me within three (3) business days, (not counting the day your shipment arrived, weekends or Holidays). It is a good idea to take photographs of the damaged package and any damages to the contents, and send the me the photos.
