Vintage original 8 x 10 in. US double-weight matte photograph of motion picture actress and model ROSITA ROYCE. She is depicted in a nude shot posing with white birds amidst a jet-black background. As indicated in the lower left corner, this photograph was taken by Maurice (Chicago). It was signed by Rosita Royce in blue ink thusly: "To Bill Nelson and [undetermined] - Two great people who are "Tops" - and always will be Sincerely - Rosita Royce -". A prior owner had blacked-out the names of the people the photo was inscribed to. It is in fine+ condition as shown with a spiral comb punch down the left border.
Rosita Royce was born in 1918 in Lincoln, Nebraska. She was an actress, known for Striporama (1953) and Sunset Strip (2012). She died on September 24, 1954 in Miami, Florida.
