UPDATE: I was using it to test an amplifier. While the tape was playing about half way through it started to make a loud screeching sound. It seem to be intermittent with no rhyme or reason. I have no idea what the issue could be.

This unit is very clean. I have tested all of the playback features and everything works great. See pictures for more details.
