This 1959 Governor David L. Lawrence Inauguration Button with Ribbon was made available to Lehigh County Pennsylvania Democrats.  The button is 2" in diameter and the ribbon is about 5.5" long.  There are 2 available at the time of this listing that have a soiling spot on it that could be cleaned.  There is a separate listing for one that is clean.
