Little Orphan Annie paper doll - Whitman

This is a rare paper doll. This is from my mother-in-law's set and she did the research. It came in a paper bag with the note on it saying it was Whitman #917 from 1933. There were then post-it's on the bags that held the dolls themselves that said Whitman #938  1931. So, I am not sure which one it is but both are rare.  She calls the boy Mickey. There are clothes in the bags and are not sure if they belong to those dolls or other ones not included. What is in this listing is what shows in the photos.
